How it works

Skills live once in the shared Skills Library, tagged to the positions they relate to. Each position gets its own matrix, pulled from the library — positions are your words, so rename or add freely. A five-step guide inside the tool walks from naming the team to exporting the sheet, and two finished examples (a contact center team, a classroom team) show what a completed matrix looks like.

1 — Not Observed
2 — Developing
3 — Expected
4 — Exceeding
5 — Can Teach
